Service Description

Thank you for booking your appointment. You will receive shortly a confirmation. Our office policy for new patients, requires information of your credit card to prepay for your $100.00 consultation fee. Please call our office at (843) 945.9990 to complete your registration. If you will decide to have the same day a procedure (for example Botox, Dermal Filler etc..) then, the amount of $100.00 will go toward the procedure. If you are coming for a body contouring consultation and you are having the procedure during the three months following the date of consultation then, the $100.00 will go toward the specific procedure. Cancellation/ No Show Policy (for new and present patients) We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment If an appointment is not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance you will be charge a fifty-dollar ($50) fee.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule we require a notification of at least 24 hour before your scheduled time; otherwise, we will charge you $50.00 cancellation fees.
