Our office policy for booking your appointment and/or consultation fee:

 

When you are booking an appointment and/or consultation with our office we do charge $200 to keep your appointment.

 

​If at the end of consultation, you choose to have a procedure the same day with our doctor then, the $200.00 fee is going toward the cost of the respective procedure.

​

If the consultation is done for a body contouring procedure the $200.00 fee will go toward the final cost of the procedure if it is done within 3 months after the day of consultation.

​

To reserve your surgery date a deposit of $1.000.00 is required and the balance of the fee must be paid at least two (2) weeks before surgery. If the surgery is scheduled and then cancelled by the patient, the $1.000.00 deposit is non-refundable.

No show / Cancellation policy:

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment.

​

If you cancel your appointment up to 48 hours then, a full refund of the $200.00 consultation fee will be provided to you.

 

If you cancel your appointment 48 hours or less or you are a No Show than the $200 is not refundable.
