Our office policy for booking your appointment and/or consultation fee:

 

Consultation & Appointment Policy

 

A non-refundable consultation fee of $200 is required to reserve your appointment with our office. By scheduling and attending your consultation, you acknowledge and agree that this fee is earned at the time the consultation is provided and will not be refunded, regardless of whether you decide to proceed with treatment.

 

Credit Toward Treatment

• If, following your consultation, you choose to undergo a procedure with our physician on the same day, your $200 consultation fee will be applied toward the cost of that procedure.

•  

• For body contouring procedures, the $200 consultation fee will be credited toward the final cost of your procedure, provided the procedure is performed within three (3) months of your consultation date.

 

Surgery Scheduling & Deposit

To reserve a surgery date, a $1,000 deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid at least two (2) weeks before your scheduled surgery.

 

If you cancel your surgery after it has been scheduled, the $1,000 surgical deposit is non-refundable.

After requesting a consultation through our website, please call our office at 843.945.9990 to complete your registration.

 

No show / Cancellation policy:

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment.

​

If you cancel your appointment up to 48 hours then, a full refund of the $200.00 consultation fee will be provided to you.

 

If you cancel your appointment 48 hours or less or you are a No Show than the $200 is not refundable.

Note: Our office is charging 3% on any credit card transaction.
